Welcome to St. Luke's Lutheran Church

Saved by Grace – Reaching Out in Faith

To the people who live, work, and visit downtown Lima

Our life begins with the knowledge that we and all people are loved by God. Because of that love, we live each day in hope, peace, and joy. We are also sent by God into the community around us to share that love with others. As we reach out to the people in our community, we bring with us the love of God, the hope in Jesus Christ, and the joy and peace given through the Holy Spirit.

We invite you to become partners with us in this mission!

Prayer

We are called by our Lord to pray. At St. Luke’s Downtown, we take that seriously. We regularly pray for our community, our nation, God’s good Creation, and the world.

We also pray for persons who need God’s special attention.

Worship

St. Luke’s has in-person worship at 10:15 am on Sundays. Our format is a Liturgy of Holy Communion.

When we’re able, we live stream the service on YouTube.  We are active at 10:10 and the service begins at 10:15. The video of the service will be posted below after the service. If we have a glitch in the stream, the recording of the service will be posted below by 2:00. You can download the bulletin using the link below.
